Marketing Effectively: Creating System To Leverage

There are two things I often hear from my marketing clients. First, they are not enough clients punyak - they tried hard to make sales targets are met. Often, within one month of their very busy so no time to sell its own and as a result, the business declined drastically.

The second problem is capacity. In this situation, the client has a steady stream of business, but felt much load, fatigue and stress. If you are in one of these skenarion, you are not alone. Many entrepreneurs who suffer the same fate. The good news is that you can work together to solve these problems. The answer to this problem is to make the system - this system will push up the time and knowledge. By doing this, you can draw flow of clients into your business and better serve them with a much smaller effort.

Here are tips to help your business so systematically:1) Delegate, delegate, delegate: Do you still compose the book or the book itself? If so, ask yourself, "Is this activity is an important business priorities?" Or is there something else that can be done to generate revenue for the company? Delegate job that keeps you busy at the assistant. You can outsource graphic designers, copywriters, bookkeeping and website programmer to save money, time and effort.

2) Document the process: Take the time to write down the company's specific way of doing things. You must have a specific method to close a sale, save the file, develop proposals, determine pricing, and communicating with clients. By creating a "guide" for all these activities, you begin to standardize these processes. This will facilitate assistants or employees to step in and handle these tasks. Also facilitate you to repeat and determine actions so that no improvement over time. When the system works, they will lead to positive results.

3) Limit: It takes a lot of time and energy to it. And when you do it with a sudden, you lose time and money. Therefore, the best solution is to discipline the time. Categorize activities and create a schedule on your calendar, and stick to it. For example, if you are calling the most important activities of your clients, then plot the time for such activities every day or week. At that time, DO NOT reply to e-mail or start working on other projects. You must have a commitment to perform such activities.

4) Use autopilot: See your business to find out if there are activities that can be automated. For example, when someone sign your ezine, you can set the autoresponder to send a reply. Another example is putting a page on your website to answer all questions prospects. You can redirect the client to this page rather than spending time on the phone to answer the same question.

By creating this system for a company, you will have more time to do activities that you enjoy and things that can provide income. Start making process systems today and you will enjoy the rewards in years to come.
